TVEC is aimed to provide a purposeful TVET, which will contribute positively towards the economic growth of the nation and create opportunities to a wide range of the Maldivian population. Our programmes are selected and designed by exploring the actual needs of local industries to deliver a purposeful TVET for the youth and adult trainees of both genders.
Certificate IV in Engine Mechanic
Aims to from leading engine mechanic, in the areas of engine maintenance with the ability to diagnose, optimize, and implement solutions to installation to vast field of marine engineering.
Certificate IV in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Mechanic
Aims to form leading refrigeration mechanics, in the areas of the refrigeration industry with the ability to diagnose, optimize, construct, and implement solutions to the vast field of Air-conditioning and refrigeration.
Certificate III in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Mechanic
Aims to create mechanics with all basic relevant knowledge and skills to work as a refrigeration mechanic to undertake general functional assessments, repair and maintenance of refrigeration and air-conditioning equipment.
Certificate III in Engine Mechanic
Aims to create mechanics with all basic relevant knowledge and skills to work as an engine mechanic to undertake general functions and assessment of marine engines to perform necessary repairs.
